New Feature: Closed Loop Email Communications including; Notifications when customer replies via SMS channel. Notifications when user adds note/comment to feedback. Email templates for responding to customers.
Improvement: Customer replies to email now get stored on feedback in dashboard. Updates to feedback alert email template.
